Field Trips

Happy Hooves takes advantage of every opportunity to teach others about farms and animals.  We have hosted many field trips for School groups, American Heritage Girls, Girls and Boys Scouts.

We offer field trips for one simple reason:  We want children to know what life on a horse ranch is all about!  Our fun, educational tour will give children the opportunity to learn through hands on interactive experience with our animals.  We take pride in the care of our unique animals and offer this interactive field trip that will create memories to last a lifetime. 

Field trips include the petting zoo, educational background on all of our animals included but not limited to a Llama, Pot Belly Pigs, Goats, Donkey, Ponies, Horses, Ducks, Turkeys and a variety of Chickens together with Horse or Pony rides and hay rides. 

We introduce students to the joy of animals as well as a general understanding of animal health, and barn functionality and maintenance.

It is a wonderful experience for children of all ages and can be used as an added benefit for their educational growth and experience with live animals.
